SPIN-TORQ™ Power Unit Model 603A is a super high speed linear displacement double acting plunger pump driven by a 6 HP reciprocating air motor to provide 10 GPM maximum oil flow at no load and 4 GPM at 1,500 PSI. Maximum output pressure is 3,000 PSI. Includes a pair of high flow hydraulic hoses, 25 ft. long, filled, tested and complete with quick disconnects. Includes air inlet filter, regulator, lubricator and 2.5 gallon hydraulic reservoir complete with oil level & temperature gauge, along with a spin-on 10-micron oil filter. All mounted on a 2-wheel mobile hand truck for maximum portability or can be optionally mounted in a ridged frame.

Designed for portability with quality construction. Standard equipment includes filter, regulator, lubricator, 25' hydraulic hose with fittings, 20' remote control, and liquid filled pressure gauge. Rugged protective cage included. Maximum pressure of 10,000 psi. Requires 150 cfm at 100 psi.

Consoles include fast 2-speed design with higher crossover, auto dump to relieve all pressure from hoses, complete with psi/bar pressure gauge and polarized couplers, quick-connect no drip couplers with safety locking collar and operate double-acting cylinders. They include a liquid filled pressure gauge, 25' hydraulic hose with fittings, and 20' remote control cable. Both models have a maximum pressure of 10,000 psi, and requires 115 VAC.

Includes: Filter, Regulator, Lubricator, 30,000 PSI Gauge, 2.5 Gallon Reservoir, Pressure control needle valve and features an air driven suction return pump. All contained in a rugged stainless steel tubular frame for maximum component protection. For use with all variable, fixed and multiple tensioner systems including the new AUTO-ZIP™ Stud Tensioners.
HTP-1000 AUTO-TENSION™
Hydraulic stud tensioner power unit is the same as HTP-2000, but without vacuum return pump.
